IGNORANCE ABOUT CAREER IS NOT BLISS 

The world offers multitude of career options across various domains while the children and parents are aware of only 5 % of them. The lack of awareness might be due to non – exposure or societal bias. Without knowing the diverse array of careers, the children might not realize the potential of each of them. The societal stigma has a stereotype of projecting only few careers as prospective, thus deceiving the children from knowing the rest. The first step to making the BIG decision is knowing about the existing career options.
