CHARITHAM CAREER STUDIO evolved as a pioneer in Strategic Career Rooting of school Children in 2017. Our “ T ” shaped mentorship has created a niche in the education sector by inculcating the thought amidst parents and children that “Every child should be the sculptor of their career “. The uniqueness of Charitham lies in its mindful techniques that aids the BIG decision of making a career choice.

Charitham differentiates itself in the area of career guidance through its meticulously crafted strategies which helps students joyfully realize their life line. The step by step approach of Career Awareness – Career Mapping – Career Sketching gives a contented experience of informed decision making for the children and parents. Our modules Pattiyal, Puridhal, Paalam and Payanam give a holistic and enjoyable career designing experience to the children.

CCMP – OUR FLAGSHIP

Charitham’s Career Mapping Process is our flagship module specially designed for the self analysis of school children . Our alumni’s perfect domain fit in college and workplace is the testimony for the real time reliability of this process. The essence of this module lies in bringing out the inner child in every student making introspection a joyful process.
